  Minnie’s owner: I checked Seattle Animal Shelter’s public found list this morning (Sept 11). No calico has come in, and nothing from the 34th/Morgan area. The two newest intakes (found Sept 10) are a white female from 1st Ave W & W Crockett St and a black kitten near S Warsaw St; neither matches. The collar and AirTag in the dumpster still bother me: if you have not already, file a lost report with SAS (206-386-7387) so her description and chip are on record, and tell her microchip registry she is missing so a scan anywhere flags her. I hope she is home soon.

  Thank you Allan. We are very concerned Minnie may have been stolen. A SPD report has been filed and we are hoping all neighbors with footage can assist with understanding more about her collar/name tag with number/ and AirTag being separated from her and discarded in a dumpster. Thank you. We offer a substantial reward for her return and welcome any info, tips, good wishes!

  It’s weird her collar with an air tag was found in a dumpster–maybe this is more than a typical lost pet? WSB, can this be reported on the main page?

  Posted yesterday on Nextdoor; sounds very similar to your cat and was found in your neighborhood.Calico, older, cat found in Orchard St Ravine today. Seen around 36th ave SW first in am, near water towers, before stumbling into the ravine. Small, seemed dehydrated, weak and thin. Very friendly.Taken to Seattle Animal Shelter as sick around 2pm.
