Lake Washington Physical Therapy. I’ve Been going to their location on Harbor Avenue and have been extremely pleased with the results. I’ve seen Amanda and also Jordan. Both have done a great job. They’ve sent me home with stretches and exercises and therein lies the key: Faithfully doing the exercises and stretches that they’ve shown me the proper way to do.
