Are there any salons or stylists offering mobile outdoor haircuts? I’m in desperate need but am not ready to go to a salon yet.
So I’m looking into spending the winter in Truckee or Mammoth to ski. Mostly interested in touring terrain in the winter through spring (end of May).
I know that the 395 corridor has epic spring ski mountaineering which is really enticing to me, but I’m curious how Truckee and Mammoth compare in the winter. I’ll have an Ikon pass, but I’m not banking on that happening in any reasonable way. I know Alpine Meadows has an open gate policy that Mammoth mountain does not. But Mammoth is probably going to be a hair less crowded this winter.
How are the touring ops out of both places in the winter? Can I easily dawn patrol out of either of them?

Topic: Comcast – Spam
I have been battling a spam issue for several years with my Comcast email address. Comcast’s solution–change your email address. That is not quite the solution I was hoping for. Curious, are others out there experiencing a similar spam issue with Comcast? Trying to determine if this is an issue specific to me, or if this is an issue of Comcast being lax in addressing spam. Note, I do have spam filters set up and have also set up specific filters against egregious scammers, yet the spam issue continues.
