Liquor theft

Twice I have been rite aid on California Ave when someone walked in took either a bottle of liquor or beer and walked out. The store staff knew and didn’t do anything. What has happened to reporting shoplifting? I just don’t get it. Oh yea, then our prices go up to cover loss!!!

They report it when you’re not standing there. A list is kept( they are aware who the shoplifters are) and when the totals are larger then they are arrested. Bigger amounts are easier to prosecute rather than $20.
