Position Leasing Agent encompasses all aspects of setting up appointments and showing/renting apartments, processing paperwork, updating/setting up ads and website. Respond quickly and professionally to all customer and tenant inquiries. Processing payments, collecting funds and keeping records. Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to be a self-started, prioritize work assignments and work alone or with other staff. Position requires knowledge of the leasing process and Landlord Tenant laws in Seattle and the state of Washington. Is there anyone who can stop the cars squealing their tires in the school parking lot of West Seattle High School? And also the fireworks that people are shooting off? Fireworks have been shot off almost every night since July 3rd and they are still going off.
Myself and many of my neighbors have noise sensitivity, are on the spectrum, have PTSD or have a pet that is continually being traumatized by the noise coming from the West Seattle High School parking lot…day and night.
Can the ADA, ASPCA, VA or any other organization help here? Calling the police has not resolved the problem. And this apparently is not a priority issue for the high school. I’ve talked with many neighbors who have spoken up to try to get the noise to stop, but it still persists.
WE ARE BEING TRAUMATIZED AND TORTURED.
Please make the noise stop – for our mental health and the health of our beloved pets.

We need a patient, competent person with great organization skills to assist with getting a (biz) 10′ storage area in West Seattle in ship-shape (used by an online biz). That includes organizing boxes, photographing items, labeling items boxes, creating inventory list etc. Must be physically fit / able to maneuver in a 10′ storage area – strong enough to lift about 30 pounds, comfortably lift boxes overhead, assist with getting larger items onto a cart) and agile enough to balance and maneuver in a small, crowded space like a storage area. Prefer someone with SUV or truck to assist with moving possible donations from the storage area to the appropriate place. Women are encouraged to apply / employ those well-honed organizational life skills you’ve developed. Can offer $110 for a 4-hour project session. (We anticipate about 2 to 4 (4-hour) sessions total; a few days or one week apart. Mornings preferred. Covid safety high-priority, and an N95 mask is a must while inside the storage area. Position Overview and Job Description:
The Program Manager will provide direct service, in addition to providing oversight and management of WSFB’s Helpline Services, including our Clothesline, Hotline, Community Connector Program, and eviction prevention services. This position will report directly to the Executive Director, provide direct supervision of the Client Services Coordinator and volunteers working on the Hotline, and will work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to manage our Clothesline services. Helpline Services include financial assistance for rent, utilities and move in deposits; providing and managing resource and referral information; distribution of bus tickets; and our free clothing bank, the Clothesline. This position is critical to serving the individuals and families in our community who are at risk of homelessness, hunger, and other detrimental poverty-related outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review client applications, conduct client meetings, and work with debtors to complete financial assistance.
Manage Client Services Coordinator to ensure effective services for our Community Connections services.
Verify all payee and tenant information for financial assistance and process payments.
Coordinate with staff and Clothesline volunteers to ensure highest quality experience for clients and volunteers.
Manage and maintain the Helpline database (Apricot).
Provide volunteer training, and oversight for Hotline services.
Collaborate with other agencies to ensure coordinated services.

We are currently seeking a Vessel Mechanic for our Seattle, WA office.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
On-the-job training
Maintenance of all Global’s vessels
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand tools and diagnostic tools
Must be able to perform and complete all essential functions required of an entry-level mechanic
Loading/unloading equipment to and from jobs with forklifts and cranes
Understands basic shop equipment and possesses basic shop environment knowledge
Takes an active and lead role in mentoring entry-level mechanics during repairs
Follow instructions given by supervisory personnel
Performs work on his/her own as well as provides assistance to other employees as directed
Must participate in all company-provided training
Operates and inspects vessels to diagnose problems and/or defects and after repairs
Maintains upkeep of work area, materials, and toolsQualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
3+ years of experience in the maritime industry preferred
