The Community School of West Seattle would like to invite you to the Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic held at The Community School of West Seattle. Please read the details below!
Details:
Date: July 16th, 2022
3pm-6pm
All eligible ages and dose numbers for both Moderna and Pfizer will be available. 6mos+, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and booster doses. We highly encourage appointments, but there may be some walk-in availability as well.
Individuals that do not have a scheduled appointment are encouraged to arrive early to schedule an appointment time and help ensure a vaccination. Thank you for your support and willingness to keep our community safe!
