Having spent more than a week digging out from under a stack of backlog, I am finally able to try to dig into this. Am contacting Highline first because what we are still missing in this entire 2-week discussion is their explanation of this fee. I don’t know who might be a clearinghouse of whether other health-care companies are doing similar things, but I am looking around. – TR
