If you join PCC, you get 5% discount on everything you buy on the 15th and 16th of each month, plus they send you a coupon for a 10% discount you can use anytime during the month. You can stock up on basics with the discounts. Membership is $60 plus a $2 handling fee. You can pay the membership fee at $6 a quarter if you like.
