fact: the top tax bracket is $250,000 per year, and taxes on that income are lower than they’ve ever been since the income tax began. yes?
simple question, yes or no: are you in the top tax bracket?
not revenue. not pass-through income. not any kind of diversion. you declare an amount in april. or january, if you are owed a refund. whether you fall above or below that line is my only question.
personal income. do you pay yourself enough – before any year-end bonuses – to fall into the top tax bracket?
oh, and regarding GM. GM was working on a cash basis for almost two years because they couldn’t get credit. why couldn’t they get credit?
