West Seattle Runner Distance Training Program
Coached by P3 RunningInfo Meetings at West Seattle Runner on Sunday May 24th at 8 am. The info session will start with a 3 mile group run and then Coach Michele, owner of P3 Runner and Lori will be available to answer questions.
This is a training program for the Bellingham Bay Half or Full Marathon on September 27th.
Who is this program designed for?
This is designed for the intermediate or advanced runner; those who have a base of 15+ miles per week (those training for the half must have completed a 10k or more and those training for the full must have completed a half) and are looking for:– Taking their training to the next level by incorporating more specified training, like hill and speed workouts
– Having access to Michele, a certified running coach providing instruction on how to execute those workouts
– Receiving weekly motivation from Coach Michele, a training group manager: Lori, owner of West Seattle Runner and participant camraderieWhat do participants receive?
– A training plan written by Coach Michele including Steady State Runs, Tempo, Speed Work and Hill Work
– 2x weekly group runs
– Clinics that detail how to stay strong and injury free, proper nutrition, psychological aspects of training and more
