The shop performs all aspects of tuning from binding mounts to base work and beyond.
We are hiring an experienced Ski Technician for the 2024-2025 Winter season (but will train for the right candidate). Candidate must be a independent self starter who has some experience in the outdoor industry and in tuning and mounting (preferred). Custom boot fitting is highly sought after in the candidate with a willingness to learn the finer points of ski tuning and boot fitting. As with any technician, attention to detail is of the utmost importance. High level of customer service and ability to sell alpine, nordic, snowboard, accessories and clothing a plus.
Available position is part time but can be up to full time for the right employee. Mountain to Sound Outfitters is willing to pay competitive compensation based on experience. Please inquire with a current resume and two professional references. A full time year round position is available for the right candidate who also has experience in paddle sports.
Mountain to Sound Outfitters supplies quality service, products, and community to the Northwest and beyond. We need new, strong, dedicated staff members to help enhance our store and continue to provide great customer service.

Email your resume/intro letter and references to rylie@m2soutfitters.com by October 7th, 2024 to be considered.
