What is a sound bath?

Come prepared to lay down, close your eyes, and let the sound waves guide you into a state of deep relaxation. If you have never experienced a sound bath before, no worries! It would be my honor to guide you and serve your soul through the healing frequencies of sound.

A sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative experience that uses various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, to bathe the participants in sound waves. Sound waves are set to different frequencies that correlate to different healing. For example, the singing bowls being used at this event are tuned to 432HZ. 432Hz, also known as the “miracle tone,” is said to be in harmony with the natural vibrations of the universe. Helping to promote a sense of calmness, improve sleep quality, reduce stress and anxiety.

What to bring:
You’ll want to feel supremely comfortable for the sound bath so please bring something soft to lay on like a yoga mat or cushions. I also suggest a blanket to cover yourself up with as your body temperature will drop. A pillow or blanket under the head and knees is always a nice addition to feel extra comfy and cozy as you lay back to receive!
