Dharma Community

Join us every Monday for guided Buddhist meditation, discussion, and community. Together we practice 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation, listen to a reading, and share a bit about our experiences with dharma in our lives. Every meeting is free and everyone is welcome!

Please bring a cushion if you have one. If you don’t have one- don’t worry! Cushions and other seating options will also be provided. We encourage folks to arrive a bit early, as we get started at 7:05 and have to close doors.
