Chipotle Mexican Grill will be visiting the West Seattle Farmers Market on August 19th as part of its four-city West Coast Farmers Market tour. The event will include a Fresh Tomato Salsa demo using products from the market, an info booth with coupons, and live music from singer-songwriter and former pro surfer Timmy Curran.     I appreciate Chipolte’s commitment to buying from some local farmers but they should not be represented at West Seattle Farmer’s market because of it. Chipolte Mexican Grill is a nation wide chain! Should we let McDonald’s have a booth if they buy some tomatoes in WA?
