At 6:30am heading Eastbound on the WS Bridge this morning there was a person wearing all black with a white napsack slug over their shoulder walking on the South side of the bride.  No stalled car was in sight. I am thinking maybe they walked on from Delridge?  If it was from anywhere else they would have to have dodged traffic.  I saw them about mid-span and was surprised to see someone walking as it was dark.

Did you call 911? Going to work at 4am I would occasionally see someone walking across the high bridge. I always called 911. Do not know if police responded or not.

Flivver,  no I did not call 911.  I tried calling the Non-Emergency line last week when we had a guy who had pitched his tent on our work property he had tied it off onto a trailer we had.  He refused to leave.  Nobody ever answered the non-emergency line.  Finally at about noon he decided to light his tent on fire and walk away.  Our guys put out the fire them-selves as they saw when he lit it.  I did do an online form about it along with pictures.  I got something back from the City about all of their Grand Plans for the homeless and that someone from their advocacy team would be out to see the damage.  I am not holding my breath that anybody will come.

Sorry, comment time is over.
