Missed Connections:  If you were driving an older SUV on the WS Bridge on-ramp from Delridge and wouldn’t let my sedan merge into the 99NB lane, I am sorry for my behavior.  There appeared to be room for me to merge into this lane (as I do every morning), but you sped up and wouldn’t let me in.  Note, this was at the point after the Fauntleroy merge and well before the middle lane becomes bus-only.  This is a busy merge point and people are usually nice enough to leave enough room in between to let each other in and out as Delridge cars move over the left lanes and Fauntleroy cars move into the 99NB lane.  I do understand that traffic has backed up here because of the 99NB bus lane and everyone is frustrated.   However, I still don’t understand why you insisted on speeding up and not letting me in.  In spite of that, I do apologize for making the matter temporarily worse.  Hopefully, we can pledge to do better tomorrow.

I think the problem on the roads is people are paying more attention to their devices for directions or worse. Therefore they are not as aware of blinkers or the needs of other drivers. Please let us bring back engagement and courtesy fellow commuters, it’s not just me, many others have commented over the years here and other places.

Tired of sitting in traffic? Consider a King County Metro Vanpool! From Genesee Street WS to Bellevue Downtown  departing WS on weekdays at 6:45 am and departing from Bellevue at 4:20pm.

Tired of sitting in traffic?.Call matt at 615-1911.Tell him to remove us lane on 99 north. Then all traffic moves freely. It’s not rocket science!!.Lots of us have several different jobs to get to where a bus or van doesn’t work..

If it’s not for you, then there’s no need for you to comment about how someone else’s transit method doesn’t work for you personally.

Nolan my friend. The transportation out of west Seattle is not working at all.For anybody.Except is was working for everybody prior to Sam’s idiotic scam of a bus lane. Period!

Can someone explain who it’s supposed to work for? I ride a bus to work almost every day and my commute is consistently longer than before they added the bus lane. Is it just me?
