Our tenants renewed in July. That was the last time I heard from Roland/Brenda. And after that our account stopped disbursing funds. This included owner distribution/ property management fees/ and other charges. I had the disbursement issue last year, but was resolved after multiple emails.
I had a look at https://dwellingslandlordimpact.com/. The field guide is no longer downloadable. If someone can post a link to it, would appreciate it.
