You can also find girls selling cookies at the following locations during the evenings and weekends from Feb 29th – Mar 16th:
Bank of America – Westwood
Blockbuster – Admiral
Easy Street Records
Hollywood Video – Westwood
Husky Delicatessen
Key Bank – Junction
Metropolitan Market
QFC – Westwood
Safeway – Admiral
Safeway – Jefferson Square
Thriftway
Walgreens – RoxburySince the 1920’s, Girl Scouts have sold cookies as a way to raise money for troop activities. The cookie program teaches girls valuable life skills, such as how to set and work towards goals, meet and greet people, and the importance of following through on a promise to deliver a product. The cookie program generates approximately 50% of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington’s operating revenue and a significant portion of troop funds.
