  I hear that Pegasus Pizza will move into the former Coyotes space since their current building is to be torn down and replaced with a new condo building.

  Let’s hope that’s true Elizabeth. Pegasus makes a pretty decent pizza and their ceasar salad is the best i’ve had in West Seattle so far.

  Seems like Alki would be a great place to have a seasonal restaurant – just be open from April through September.

  I can’t say I’m sorry to see Chuck and Sally’s go (if in fact that is true)… I used to live in that area and never heard a good thing about that bar from anyone who had dared to venture inside (I avoided it completely).
