  He is one very lucky pup to be alive and well after his harrowing adventure on the WS bridge. Thank you for stopping and rescuing him.

  It appears that the dog may have been groomed recently.   Some groomers put a scarf on them as seen in this picture.   We were involved in rescue years ago & when we saw this, we started calling groomers in the area.   This worked a good part of the time in reuniting the dog with family as groomers would know the dog.   One time dog did not have a scarf, however could tell dog got groomed.   Funny as we got ahold of one groomer and they knew the dog & said it had an appointment to come in that day.   It was a happy reunion for the owner.
