TheHouseMemberAfter reading all of the posts on the blog about Obama including how great of a person he is, how he’s going to bring “Change” and how you’re all excited to throw parties I read through at least 3 dozen emotional posts (then I quit).
I felt that this quote was quite appropriate:
“I use emotion for the many and reserve reason for the few”
For those of you that haven’t voted yet, please research the candidates in depth from multiple sources.

JanSParticipantdid someone post something here? or did I imagine it?
October 28, 2008 at 4:53 am #645324
MrJTMemberWhat we need here is NR with an Ann Coulter quote.
October 28, 2008 at 4:54 am #645325
JenVMemberHouse quoted Hitler. Yes, we should all take his words to heart. Gee, you sure have me convinced…and anyone who is undecided at this point, is just uninformed.
October 28, 2008 at 4:54 am #645326
JoBParticipantTheHouse…
if you actually research the candidates and their positions you find there really is only one viable choice this election…
I am so sorry the republicans didn’t make better choices.

AnonymousInactiveAnd TR has mentioned more than once that she’d be happy to announce a Republican get together. Seems there’s never any takers. Why is that our problem?
October 28, 2008 at 5:09 am #645329
mellaw6565MemberGee House – that explains it all.
October 28, 2008 at 5:15 am #645330
WSBKeymasterActually we did finally hear from a Republican organizer and have announced their GOTV events on the home page and placed them on the events calendar. No Republican election-night parties announced in WS/WC so far, but the parties we know of are both open to all (Skylark and Big Al Brewing) – TR

October 28, 2008 at 5:17 am #645333
CaitParticipantWoooo dawgies! Is it already at the Hitler quoting portion of the election? Where has the time gone.
October 28, 2008 at 5:20 am #645334
angelescrestParticipantI am laughing so hard!
October 28, 2008 at 5:29 am #645335
TheHouseMemberYou guys are great. Kind of takes me back to 1st grade.
Nice to see you haven’t stopped eating glue and picking your noses.
Yawn is right…beam me up Scottie.
October 28, 2008 at 5:31 am #645336
JenVMemberoh, I’m sorry House- did we forget to say Sieg Heil?
October 28, 2008 at 5:32 am #645337
CaitParticipantYa know if they didn’t want kids to eat the glue – why did they make it smell so damn good. That’s what I want to know.
Picking my nose is a luxury I have now that I didn’t when my nose was pierced – I took not-nose-picking for granted. I laugh when my boyfriend picks his nose and then threatens to touch me. Boogers and farts are funny, period. End of story.
Oh. But I’m also intelligent and know my politics enough not to quote Hilter. And know how to speak to people respectfully.

CaitParticipantDon’t eat the rubber cement and then pick your nose though – they aren’t foolin’ about the cement.
October 28, 2008 at 5:37 am #645340
angelescrestParticipantI think you’re being aufed, House…or Haus…
October 28, 2008 at 5:37 am #645341
JanSParticipantthat white paste in school not only smelled good, it tasted good…geez…
just tonite my daughter quoted…you can pick your nose, and you can pick your friends, but you can’t..pick your friend’s nose…
wonder if Hitler picked his nose? hmmm…

HeavyMetalConservativeMemberHouse, it’s OK. Our lefty friends don’t want to know history unless it is in their favor. (Opinion of Mine). Hit us your best shots. We’re big kids. We can take it. I mean really, we live next to you don’t we? :) I just don’t want the Federal Government to take what is yours and ours. Hold on to your 401k’s too. Jim McDermott knows how they should spend our money. (US News and World Report Article) They whine about Coulter, mebbe they should get a little dose of The Great One! He is ruthless against Socialists. Ladies and Gentlemen we are yours to berate!! Obviously if we are conservative, we must be mind numbed robots. You guys go vote for your Charismatic Demagogue, I will stick with an American Hero.
October 28, 2008 at 6:10 am #645344
CaitParticipantAm I the only one who doesn’t know who the Great One is supposed to be?
