Sorry to threadjack right off the bat, but has anyone noticed that whole area there (between 7-11 and Redline) is always a bad scene. The bus stop across from Redline is our main stop and I’ve been propositioned to buy crack on numerous occasions and last week a friend was mugged outside the 7-11. What’s up? Has it gotten worse lately or am I just noticing it more?

It is my understanding that nothing is going in that empty lot. It was slated for build, and when they took a core sample they discovered that the ground was saturated and contaminated from the heating oil place which was there.

VG- I am with ya. Sometimes we stop in at 7-11 late at night and I am amazed what a freakshow it has become! I walk in that area frequently…but I have yet to have someone try to sell me crack. You have all the luck, vg! :)

I think something is definatley changing.. maybe because of more people? About a month ago in one 30 minute period I saw a young male pee on the wall behind 7-11 (Charlestown) , a homeless man napping at the bus stop infront of 7-11, and a homeless man yacking while walking (didn’t stop walking) down California near Andover. Now there are terlits sitting about randomly in Admiral.. Lord help us WS.

There’s been lots of activity off and on – Jen’s info is better than mine – but every time I check the parcel there’s nothing official. The site is owned by the Huling family, BTW.

The 7-11 at Erskine and CA has a bus stop next top it .. people go in there and fill their shirts with stuff then go out and wait for the bus. It’s their getaway vehicle. No joke!
