leamkParticipantHello, I am a long-time West Seattle resident who is selling her home. I will be looking for short-term housing most likely at the beginning of July through the time of my closing on the purchase of my new home. My current home is going on the market at the end of June and I expect to get offers fairly soon (based on the recent sale of my neighbor’s townhome which is identical). Most of my belongings will be in storage so it would just be me and my essentials. I do have two small well-behaved dogs. One is 5 lbs. and the other is approximately 16 lbs. I am a non-smoker, very tidy, responsible and have excellent credit and a sixteen year employment history with the same firm. Please let me know if you have anything or know of someone who has a property, apartment, room that would be compatible with my needs. Thank you!
