West Seattle Junction Association is seeking an on-site contract bookkeeper 12 hrs a month with flexibility up to 20 hrs depending upon event accounting volume.
Duties include:
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, monthly account reconciliations, monthly BIA Invoicing & Report, 941 tax deposits, Quarterly Payroll Tax reports and filings, generating Board Financial Reports and other program reporting, debit entry, PayPal entry, emails, etc. QuickBooks experience required. Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
1. All accounts payable and receivable
2. Invoice creation as directed by executive director
3. Bank deposits
4. Paypal deposits and transfers
5. Payroll including year-end W-2’s and 1099 forms
6. Quarterly taxes
7. Bank reconciliation
8. Preparing monthly City reports
