Water-based fence stain?

Looking for Aquafin – or perferably Minwax (far cheaper) – or anything that is a water-based wood stain. This is for a fence. I can’t believe how hard it is to find any kind of stain like this in Seattle. Crosscut Hardwoods, Home Depot, Alki Lumber and Lowe’s are a bust….thanks!

Have you tried True Value, Miller Paint or Daly’s?
