    Have you tried Jan’s Beauty Supply in the junction? They carry an amazing range of items and you can get a 20% discount just for mentioning their ad here on the WSB!

    I would guess if you brought the “bling” to your regular hairdresser she/he would be able to put it in for you. Or call and ask for someone who specializes in special occasion hair.
