Veterinary Receptionist Full Time

Our caring, hardworking, dedicated, fun-loving veterinary staff is looking for a highly motivated, people-oriented receptionist to complement our reception team! Experience in the veterinary field is preferred. Put your valued people skills and organizational skills to work with people that understand the importance of high quality front office staff. Pay is DOE. Benefits include pet care, health and dental insurance, 401K, paid holiday and PTO, and more.

Qualities include:

• Excellent communication and phone skills

Duties include:

• Answering phones

• Scheduling Appointments

• Invoicing

• Prioritizing work flow

• Organizing charts

• Filing

• Providing excellent customer service
