Welcome Road Winery has been pouring award-winning wine and good vibes in West Seattle for 10 years. We’re a small, community-rooted winery that takes our wine seriously and ourselves not too seriously — and we’re looking for someone who gets that.

The Role
You’ll be the face of Welcome Road — greeting guests, pouring tasting flights, selling bottles, handling light food prep, and making sure every person who walks through our door leaves happy. You’ll also staff and manage events, build relationships with our regulars, and introduce new customers to our wine club.
This is a part-time position (~20 hours/month), with evenings and weekends required. Flexible schedule.

• Hourly rate plus tips

What We’re Looking For
• You live in the West Seattle area and care about this community
• Experience in retail, restaurants, wine sales, or a tasting room
• Passion for wine and enthusiasm for sharing it
• A warm, outgoing personality — you love meeting people and making them feel welcome
• Comfort with a POS system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bonus points for social media savvy
