this months Consumer Reports provides an article on health insurance coverage. from what i read: essentially 4 tiers pending how high a deductible you elect. all plans require up to 3 primary care doctor visits per year at no cost (not sure why 3; seams high. once or maybe twice a year would be more than ample for many folks)
