    As Service Manager you will build and lead an ideal service department with the best in the business working with you.

    Must have managed a team of at least 6 field operations staff. Must be excited about managing a team and helping them grow in their careers.
    Duties:
    ·Train, improve and develop processes for a group of top-of-class plumbers.
    ·Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.
    ·Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the plumbing service
    department.
    ·Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
    ·Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.
    ·Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the
    entire department.
    ·Work closely with Operations Manager to achieve sales goals.
    ·Coach, motivate and train the plumbing team to exceed team and individual goals.
    ·Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
    ·Mentor and develop the plumbers and dispatchers to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
    ·Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with employees.
    ·Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
    ·Helping trainees become licensed- mentoring
    ·Manage schedule along with the dispatch department to help meet demand of company
    goals

    Desired Skills and Experience
    ·Business operations experience preferred
    ·Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team
    members.
    ·Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills
    and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-
    driven environment.
    ·Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel – Word –
    PowerPoint).
    ·Must have strong selling skills.
    ·Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
    ·Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
    ·Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills
    and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-
    driven environment.

    Minimum Requirements:
    •You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers and
    colleagues.
    •Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
    •Exceptional leadership skills
