Seeking local for 3h/wk, school year childcare (up to 15h during school breaks)

I’m looking for a current/former parent (local, ideally) to be at my house on Monday afternoons during the school year, for 3 hours, and perhaps 10-15 hours during school breaks (there are 15 weeks of school break in school year). Basic childcare, ideally some homework help, may need you to pick up my 11yo from school, get dinner started, friendly warm that’s respectful and trustworthy.
Ideally, we’ll find someone who’s retired and looking for some fun kid time on the side or a mother with a wee-one (who can come along and be dotted on by my kids).
We have 3 kids, age 6-11. Background check and references would be required. We have a nice dog in our house too.
Would need to start mid/late-September.
