Seeking Friendly, Optimistic and Reliable Administrative Office Coordinator
ConnectDex, Inc social media startup in West Seattle seeking a part-time position for Office Coordinator to work Monday–Fridays, 15-30 hours per week. We are a fast-paced and growing business and this position is available immediately.

Duties to include:
• Scheduling appointments
• Remind upcoming appointments
• Prepare reimbursement forms
• Handle information requests
• Perform clerical functions
• Take notes and dictate, emailing
– Data entry (attention to detail very important)
– Communicate with clients and internal staff regarding job details and updates
– Light filing
Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year of office experience
• Professionalism in oral and written communication
• Highly organized and prepared
• Self-starter and confident in his/her performance abilities
• Proficient with commonly used office software, including but not limited to:
MS Word, Excel, as well as telephone and internet communications
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong writer for internal and external communications
Must be friendly, customer-service oriented, outgoing, and courteous with strong multi-tasking skills
Job Type: Part-time
