We’re hiring! Green house cleaning jobs for EXPERIENCED HOUSE CLEANERS (residential cleaners):

– W-2 employees: $12-$16 per hour (we provide cleaning equipment & supplies).

– Independent Contractors: $18-$25 per hour (licensed, insured, providing their own equipment & supplies)

Our customers are accustomed to a white-glove cleaning experience from a company that uses the most environmentally friendly products, supplies and methods for cleaning. We are an award-winning, environmentally responsible, established housecleaning company with a terrific reputation. We’re looking for like-minded cleaners who are great communicators, reliable, responsible, hard-working and fun-loving! Applicants should be physically fit and able to easily stand, kneel, twist and bend for several hours at a time.

W-2 EMPLOYEES: $12-$16/HOURLY

We’re hiring hire like-minded, experienced cleaners as w-2 employees. Pay is $12-$16/hourly, depending on verifiable house cleaning experience.

As a w-2 employee, you’ll need a reliable vehicle that can transport yourself and at least 1 other cleaner, a smart-phone (with easy and fast email and internet access), live within the city limits of Seattle, Speak and read English fluently, follow directions, be reliable and responsible and a great communicator.

Experienced w-2 employees are paid for their scheduled cleaning hours plus .5 — 1.5 hours of travel time daily, tips and bonuses. Full time w-2 employees also receive paid holidays, 1 week of PTO and a few other perks. Employees work in teams of 2-3 cleaners.

We have part-time (full days, you pick the days) and full-time cleaning opportunities available in Seattle, Monday-Friday. The most hours are given to cleaners displaying consistent quality cleaning and great customer feedback.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS: $18-$25/hourly

We’re looking for like-minded, experienced independent contractors who also have a great reputation and who want to make top pay. Pay is $18-$25 per hour, depending on verifiable professional residential house cleaning experience and the consistent quality of work.

This is an Independent Contractor position so you’ll need a reliable vehicle, a smart-phone and you must be licensed and insured. If you don’t have a business license, insurance, bond and workman’s comp insurance, we can point you in the right direction. Don’t have eco-friendly supplies of your own? We’ll help you get them at a discounted rate.

We have part-time and full-time cleaning opportunities available in Seattle. You pick the days of the week you want to work (same days each week) and we’ll provide the customers.

Have you been trying to get cleaning jobs on your own? We’ll do all the marketing, give cleaning quotes, schedule the appointments, and collect payment from the customers. All we ask is that you show up for you scheduled appointments, remain reliable and dependable, communicate, use the most eco-friendly products and supplies available, CLEAN TO OUR IMPECCABLE STANDARDS, and represent our company in the best possible light. We have the business — we just need more cleaners to do the work.

*Higher than industry average wages: $18-$25/hourly for independent contractors, $12-$16/hourly for w-2 employees (contractors are preferred).

*Tips

*5-40 cleaning hours per week, Monday-Friday.

*You pick the days of the week that work best for you and we’ll schedule the appointments for the cleaning hours of 9:00am-5:00pm.
