Bee’s Plumbing and Heating launched almost 5 years ago and has rapidly grown in size since its inception! We are one of the fastest growing plumbing companies in West Seattle, and we just started in our new office building! We are currently looking for a full-time (or two part time) scheduling coordinator / customer service representative! Our family already has 40 employees and are looking to add to our amazing team! Do you have customer service experience? Can you manage inbound calls and multi-task? Are you skilled in inputting customer information and want to learn a new program to gain valuable experience? We want to hear from you!

THE COMPANY:
At Bee’s Plumbing, you will have the opportunity to work on many different types of fun and exhilarating projects, blending group and individual goals. The owners have combined industry experience of over 30 years! They have a passion for creating a fun, productive, and family work environment.

THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable office person to add to the team. This position carries an hourly rate of $20-25 and is fulltime. Driver’s license, drug test, and background checks are required.

THE SCHEDULE:
8 hour shifts between 7am and 6pm

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have prior scheduling experience
MUST have steady and long-term job history
MUST have strong ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
Excellent written and verbal skills
Exercise good judgment with clients
Self-Motivated
Detail oriented
ServiceTitan Experience would be beneficial, but not required
DUTIES:

Scheduling, inbound calls
Answering Multi Phone Lines and provide excellent customer service
Specific call scripting and ability to embrace coaching
