My partner gets potato sausage this time of year from B&E Meats on Ambaum in Burien. Not sure if there are different styles of potato sausage so cannot say for certain it’s “Scandinavian” but since his heritage is Northern European, might be what you are looking for.

This is exactly what I’m looking for. I checked on their website and it said it was a traditional Swedish recipe. Thanks!!

Oh yum! I grew up eating potato sausage and lefse at every holiday gathering (only my dad would eat the lutefisk, lol.). Now I have to go get some for Christmas!

Meet Tom Salle at “Meat the Live Butcher” in White Center. Tom recently opened up his own shop and it’s a full service, old fashioned butcher shop. I brought home some potato sausage at my wifes request as she used to have them this time of year as a child. Four thumbs up!

Uli’s Sausage makes a great Swedish Potato Sausage (Well, I’ve only had one). At Pike Place Market but you may be able to talk Thriftway into ordering some for you.
