Rot help

We have a garage that was converted to a bedroom and are noticing what we think is rot. I am hoping for recommendations for a contractor, etc. to help us diagnose and ultimately update area. thanks!

my condo used STS Construction to do a *major* exterior renovation that involved wet rot; I’m not sure if they take on smaller jobs. You might want to check the Sponsors! tab; there are several construction firms that support WSBlog that readers have also recommended.
