I had dinner last night at Blackboard Bistro and just wanted to remind everyone what a fabulous chef Jacob is. We started with fried green tomatoes served with a rhubarb ketchup, followed by grilled trout alongside a warm quinoa, kale, and cherry tomato salad, and finished with an inventive take on strawberry shortcake of strawberries, little brioche fritters, and strawberry sorbet. Always surprising and delicious!
