I run the Service Dog Academy and in cooperation with Seattle Parks and Recreation will be holding Pet and Service Dog training classes starting in February 27th at Delridge Community Center. We use the latest positive reinforcement training techniques based scientific research and insist on small class sizes to ensure one on one attention. Registration for the 6 week, $79 classes can be done through the Seattle Parks and Recreation SPARC system. You can see more info on my website http://www.servicedogacademy.com under the “Pet Dog Training” heading. Although the adult dog class has filled up the puppy class (for dogs 5 months or under) still has plenty of spots open. I look forward to seeing you and your pup there!

Wanted to add that we did this class when last offered. What a great experience! Mary is so knowlegable, patient and generous with her expertise. If you need some help with your puppy or dog, please sign up for this class!

I agree with Carol! I’m just wrapping up a session with SDA at Delridge. Perfect class size, super knowledgeable trainers, and some much better behaved doggies! Worth every penny…

I highly recommend the Service Dog Academy, I have (2) graduates that are now well behaved.

So the SDA trained me well -uhmmm I guess like most good dog training classes, its all about training us to work with our dogs :-)

Hey wundrgrrl-was just wondering which pup’s parent you are-I’m Buster’s “mom”.
