First Lutheran Church of West Seattle is looking to hire a part-time office manager. Hours are 8:30am to 3:00pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Job duties include:
preparing weekly and special church bulletins
soliciting information, organizing, publishing and distributing monthly newsletter
answering phones
maintaining church records
The position is available immediately and requires established organizational skills, excellence and sensitivity in all forms of communication, and a demonstrable proficiency with office software. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
