Jks3369ParticipantI am not from around here but where I used to live we had a paint store that would sell mis-tints for super cheap?! Anyone heard of anywhere around here that would have some? I am looking for a creamy/off white and am just trying to not pay $40 a gallon!! Thanks!!

If you call, just ask for the Paint Department.
I used to work there as a Cashier, and the Paint Dept. frequently had mis-mixes marked down significantly.

berthaParticipantI don’t know of any stores dedicated to selling mis-tinted paint but most stores that mix paint have a section for ‘oops’ paint.

pennidoggParticipantNot sure of the price, but you may want to check with Second Use. They used to be down by the transfer station but they’ve moved over by Franz on 6th in the Sodo area.

trickycooljParticipantThere’s the new paint store that got built adjacent to the Arco next to Home Depot on Delridge. I believe it’s Sherwin Williams. Since they only opened a month ago maybe they have some oops paint as new employees earn the ropes. Worth giving them a call anyway.

anonymeParticipantPretty much any place that sells paint has a mis-tint sale area. Green Depot in SODO carries Yolo and I’ve bought Yolo quarts for $5 in the past. They took over Ecohaus, so not sure of current policy.
