We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly person to join our team as Office Manager in our busy chiropractic/rehabilitation practice.
Job details are 3-4 days/week approximately 8:30am-5:30pm at our office in our SODO location (rarely need assistance in West Seattle office).
Responsibilities include:
-Be welcoming and present an excellent first contact with patients
-Overseeing and training other office staff
-Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
-Responding to office emails
-Collecting co-pays and other money owed
-Enter basic insurance information into our billing system
-Preparing documents for insurance companies when necessary
-General office tasks such as copying, sorting, filing, ordering office supplies and keeping the front office organized
Minimum qualifications:
-Office Manager Experience
-Previous Experience with medical billing/insurance claims
-Ability to multi-task
-Interest in health and wellness
-Be a team player with excellent communication skills
-Proficiency to work with basic computer programs
-Ability to learn new things quickly
-Ability to take direction
-Excellent Work Ethic
-Driver’s License and Reliable transportation
-Complete COVID-19 Vaccination due to state mandate
