I know folks are eating at Nido, it is booked through the middle of September – but is it worth the wait? The Seattle Times review seemed a mixed experience. Pacific Room bills itself as “West Seattle’s Premier Supper club”. Really? What do you think?
Il Nido is really good. We didn’t have to wait as we were willing to sit at a communal table so we were just seated and served. Try just walking in. Never heard of the Pacific Room.
We booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day at Pacific Room. When we arrived, the hostess said she did not have a table for us because they (or Open Table) had accidentally overbooked the night. Apparently we weren’t the only ones turned away. Got to say, not the best first experience for us and I’m not sure if we’ll give them another chance or not.
