We are looking for a tennis instructor to teach two adults beginning tennis.

These guys are not in West Seattle, but since I’m not aware of any tennis instructors here and the City Parks Programs are likely wait listing, perhaps you will be interested in them.

Ballard Tennis – one guy is a professional Tennis instructor and one is the Coach for Ballard High, I think. I saw their brochure up at Greenlake when I was playing yesterday, but I didn’t grab it. Individual and small group rates were given, as well as larger classes. All seemed very reasonably priced to me…and they limit the group classes.

Can’t tell you, though, if they have a website.

Hope you find someone to teach you. Tennis is a great activity!

And, hey, if any West Seattle players want to hit with a 2.5 – 3.0 player, let me know :).

Your guy might find it a convenient route to go to find players. What level of player is your guy? Let me know if he is interested in playing with me or, if he is too advanced, let me know what he is looking for and at what level of play and I’ll keep an eye out for peeps he might want to play with around West Seattle if I cross paths with them, eh?

westseattledood – We did get your email and I cannot thank you enough!!! We have company coming tomorrow and have been preparing all day, so I apologize that I have not gotten back to you!

My guy actually doesn’t get on the forum and when I showed him your email he was really impressed and asked where it came from. I said, “the forum”. He thought that was pretty cool. We will probably be in touch. I can say this because he’s not around right now, but I think he’s pretty advanced. He played on the pro circuit for a little while when he was younger. We definitely are keeping your email so that we can look into different courts around the area.
