Italian language tutor wanted

Looking for an Italian Language Tutor to meet for one hour a week starting immediately and ending the first week of July. Preferably a native speaker with teaching experience and able to meet here in West Seattle.

Hi Chris,

I am not a native speaker, but I lived in Italy for over 10 years, most of those working as an English Language teacher. My husband is Italian and my children are bilingual.

Can you share a little about your Italian Language experience, what resources you’ve used to support your learning and what you goals are for learning the language?

I may be able to help you out — not really looking for compensation, just love languages and happy to share what I know.

If you’re willing to have company, I’d be interested in getting some Italian tutoring as well. I studied beginning Italian a few years ago for a trip to Italy, and would like to get back what few language skills I had.

mtnfreak: This might be an opportunity for you…. we hosted a gal when AC Seattle brought a women’s professional team here in 2012 and it was a great experience. I know, you didn’t ask for a houseguest but you might be able to connect with the team when they are here.
