    I’ve been following this entire thread. What seems to be getting lost is that most of folks participating in this thread are ON THE SAME SIDE: either actively wanting or at least having no objections to labeling GMOs.

    For me personally, while I don’t need a law to be perfect, I’m also not going vote for it just because it’s about labeling. I wasn’t happy with this particular law. But I do want another, better written law on the ballot in the future. Again, I do not need perfection. But it needs to be better than what we were presented with this time around.

    Yeah, add me to the list of voters who didn’t see one ad. I was disappointed with how the law was written, pure and simple. I read about it, listened to others who were well informed, and took my emotion out of the decision. I want well written laws to pass. I understand the idea of trying to make progress by passing whatever you can. The thing is, this law was not progress. Give me one that is.
