Expecting mamas! Join us at Lake Washington PT for an incredible FREE FIT4BABY Prenatal class on their outdoor rooftop terrace overlooking the Puget Sound.

Class will be followed by a short chat with Lake WA PT Physical Therapist Dr. April Cleary who will walk us through some ways to keep our pelvic floor healthy during pregnancy and postpartum.

Our preatnal classes are led by pre and postnatal certified instructors and we welcome all stages of pregnancy. We will meet you where you’re at. Come move and connect with other pregnant mamas! This event is FREE and open to all.
