Help needed- residential home improvement project

Hello,

I am doing some home renovations in West Seattle. I am looking for individuals that have experience and are looking for side work for the following:

Subfloor removal/repair for rotted wood subfloor. Need to replace 2 small bathrooms and level both.

Drywall hanger and drywall finisher- I have about 3 rooms (2 small bathrooms and a small kitchen) that need drywall and some additional areas that drywall has been removed and need to be replaced.

Demo a stone/concrete woodburning fireplace hearth, double sided fireplace.
