Fresh Flours West Seattle is a busy bakery cafe in vibrant South Delridge/White Center neighborhood. Everything is handmade from scratch, with a touch of Japanese fusion flavor.

Full or Part Time Baker @$23-25/hr, DOE
2 am-12 pm
2, 3 or 4 days a week
including weekends, fixed schedule

Duties:
Prepares all baked items according to the production list
Keeps production areas tidy, equipment cleaned, and prepared for use
Monitors backup supplies necessary to produce products
Ensures timely and efficient completion of all production.
Requirements:
Ability to work early hours and be able to work on your feet.
Please do not apply if you are not serious about pursuing baking as a career.
Commercial baking experience required.
Commit to long term employment.
Must have your own transportation.
Must be punctual, strong working ethic and able to work night and weekend shift.
Strong team/interpersonal skills.
Ability to be organized and clean while working.
WA food handlers’ permit.
Ability to lift 50#.
Desire to produce high quality products and take pride in what you are making.
