Yakima RailGrab feet, model #8000138, with 58″ CrossBars. These will fit on any 2000 Subaru (or similar years) with lengthwise luggage rails.

Retails for $245.00.

FS for $170.00.

Optional – SKS locks, set of four. These are removable and re-usable, so they’re also available for an additional $70.00 (full retail value)

I’d be happy to help fit these to anyone’s car as well, and meet you anywhere in West Seattle to do so. They worked great on my wife’s car – simply for sale because we changed car models.
