Custom Crating is a small, family-run business in South Park (a ten minute commute from most of West Seattle). Our wonderful office manager has just taken a new opportunity and we are on the hunt to fill her big shoes.
The ideal applicant will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
We are looking for a someone that can show up on time; be honest, trustworthy and dependable.
Must have demonstrated courtesy and professionalism with customers and vendors, in-person as well as on the phone. Must be able to handle challenging situations and individuals with grace and patience.
Must like and be comfortable with dogs.
Duties would include:
* Answering Telephones (Customer Service)
* Data Entry (Quickbooks, Excel, Word)
* Invoicing
* Receiving Payments, Preparing Deposits
* Letter Writing / Fax receiving and sending
* Ordering
* Arranging Shipping
* Labeling Crates
* Scheduling Jobs
* Filing (organization skills)
Hours are from 7:30-4:00 Monday – Friday
Full Time / Vacation / Health Benefits
Weekly Pay, Hourly Rate DOE
